Deadline for registration for Tutorials and conference extended for authors up to December 05, and for others up to December 12, 2012.

Information for those who are facing difficulty in making on-line payment:

Spot registration fee payment option on 16th and 17th December 2012 (cash or Demand draft / local cheque drawn in f:avour Accounts Officer, CPRI payablre at Bangalore or credit cards) at the tutorial / conference venue is available for both Tutorials and Conference delegates. However, the duely filled-in off-line registration form (link provided at the end of this page) mentioning that paymenrt will be made at the time of spot registration on 16th / 17th December 2012 is to be scanned and emailed to the three email IDs provided at the top of the registration form on or before the corresponding deadlines indicated above.

Conference:

• Delegates from outside India: Industry / academic: US$ 400, Student: US$ 200
• Indian Delegates: Industry: Rs. 15,000, Academic: Rs. 10,000, Student: Rs. 5000

Tutorials:

• Free registration for those registering for the conference. However registration closes for this category one calender month before the Conference starting date. Those using on-line registration mode shouldnot enter their choice(s) for tutorials in the on-line registration form (as the tutorial charges will be automatically added to the total amount payable). They are requested to indicate their choice(s) separately by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. • US$ 30 for participants from outside India and Rs. 1000  for Indian participants per tutorial per participant for those who wish to attend only the tutorials. Registration for this category closes two weeks before the Conference starting date

• All IEEE members including student members are eligible for 20% discount on the conference / tutorial fee

Tax on Conference and Tutorial fee

• Service tax of 12.36% to be paid extra along with conference / tutorial fee
