The fee for sponsorship (except Lunch and Conference Dinner) shall be paid in INR or in US$ as applicable (All remittance from outside India shall be in US $) directly to the Conference bank account which will be made available to the sponsor by the Conference Finance Chair. Table top display includes a shell space with 2 tables with table cloth, 2 chairs, one plug point with 5 Amps, 230 Volts, 50Hz power supply. Company’s name on Facia of booth will be provided.
