Note: First numeral in Technical Session numbering indicates the day (in all three days), second the technical session number and the third indicates the parallel session. There are 4 parallel sessions in each technical session. There are three technical sessions per day (one pre- lunch and two post-lunch).
Poster Presentation Sessions
Venue: Tata Auditorium
Poster Session starts at 10.30 hrs on all the three days (17th, 18th and 19th December, 2012)and concludes at 16.15 hrs. The authors are requested to be near their posters positively between 10.30 hrs and 11.45 hrs, 12.45 hrs and 13.45 hrs and 15.45 hrs and 16.15 hrs for interaction with the interested delegates.
Authors can fix their posters at 09.00 hrs. Volunteers will help the authors in fixing their posters. Material required for fixing the posters will be made available by the volunteers. Authors are requested to remove the posters at the end of their sessions.
